Norman, Hubbard and Associates founder and president, H. James Norman has been an appraiser since 1980. He began his appraisal career in the Silicon Valley and soon opened his own appraisal company in Santa Clara, California. In 1990, he and his wife, Carol Hubbard relocated the company to its current location in White Plains, New York where it resides.
Jim is committed to client satisfaction. He understands that new business is earned by hard work and ensuring that each and every order is handled professionally, with attention to quality and efficiency in delivery. He is committed to continuously meet or exceed customer expectations everyday and with each and every order.
Jim has been certified in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida and is also a Certified Review Appraiser.
Carol Hubbard, Executive Director

Carol Hubbard is NHA’s Executive Director. Carol is responsible for the financial management of NHA. She also plays a key role in account management and developing strategic new business relationships. Before establishing NHA, Carol worked for several start-up companies during the early days of the Personal Computer, and grew into marketing management positions at IBM and Citibank.
